1. Scope

This policy covers the Mato Vox website, the console and our cloud services. Data processed by Agent nodes that customers run on their own servers is the customer's responsibility and falls under the customer's own privacy policy.

2. What our cloud processes (draft notes)

  • Accounts and configuration: workspaces, member emails and roles, apps, assistant settings and published versions (including instructions and tool descriptions), and the vendor and model names in model profiles.
  • Session metering: session IDs, start and end times, duration, voice or text, the node that served the session, and how many times each tool was called. End-user IDs are stored only as salted hashes.
  • Runtime status: Agent node registration, version and heartbeats.
  • Operation logs: console sign-ins, member and credential changes, publishing and similar actions.
  • Voice: relayed live through our line, never recorded or stored.

3. What our cloud does not keep (draft notes)

Transcripts, tool-call parameters and results, business data, business audit logs and model or voice vendor keys stay on the node the customer runs and are not uploaded to our cloud. The exception is a diagnostic bundle the customer chooses to send to support, which is deleted after 30 days.

4. Local storage on this website

This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies. It only remembers your appearance and language choice in your browser (localStorage) and your scroll position across reloads (sessionStorage, cleared when you close the tab).

5. Purposes and legal bases

Draft notes: session and usage records are kept for 13 months and cloud operation logs for one year. Everything else follows the final text.
